Payment and Refunds

We accept Cash, Cheque and NEFT Bank Transfer.
We charge 18% GST on all furniture products.
  • For a retail product, the complete amount need to be paid so that we can ship your furniture to you.
  • For any customized product, we will need 50% of the amount to start working for you. Rest 50% need to be paid before the product is shipped to you.
  • For a retail product, in case of an unavoidable issue we can refund upto 80% of the paid amount.
  • For a customized product, we hope you understand that we have to put work and material just for your product. The advance paid is non-refundable for such customizations.

Product Assembly and Delivery

No, the cost on our website includes product assembly and free delivery in Delhi NCR region.
We apologize for any defects found on a delivered product. Please call us at 995.309.9402 asap and we will send our team to your doorstep to fix any such issue. Just make sure you inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
